Summary: We, five friends and a dog, spent one week in this wonderful villa. The pool and the direct sea view are fantastic. The villa is located in a peaceful and quiet area. A car is highly recommended to get there. Emmanuel as host is very nice and helpful and happy to give you some recommendations for good restaurants etc. It's absolutely worth a stay!

Summary: We came back for the second time to the best terrace view on the Riviera! Great layout with pool connected to the terrace but with a secure fence making it easy to hang out with kids. Emmanuel is very accommodating, the location is magnificent and we had a wonderful stay.

Summary: This villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday as well as getting to see and fully experience the Côte d’Azur. Theoule and the surrounding area is a great base with fabulous beaches and water sports (especially the team at Theoule Island for water skiing/sports). Emmanuel and Jasmine are perfect hosts. Summary: Quiet and excellent location w/ wonderful views of the ocean.. The house is very well maintained and has everything a guest needs, esp'ly the kitchen. The pool topped the cake and we loved swimming w/ the underwater lights on at night. If we had any questions, the hosts were very quick to sort us out. Thank you for a great stay!

Summary: PROPERTY The villa is set into the hills in a gated road. There are perhaps 30 villas on the road so it is very secluded. You feel very safe and special. The villa is on two floors, living on the ground and bedrooms on the first. The stairs are a bit narrow, so not for the elderly or infirm. All the rooms have air conditioning which is a blessing in the hot summers. The living space is open and well appointed. We did not want for anything as the kitchen had all mod cons. Outside, there is a terrace with the most amazing view of the sea, which leads down to the private pool and six very comfortable loungers. BOOKING/WELCOME Nathalie is the owner and could not have been more helpful. She answered all our questions, helped with local information and taxis. She took my calls day or night and was always available and very pleasant. You are welcomed at the villa by Nadia who give you the tour and explains how everything works. The net result is you are in, setup and in the pool within 15 mins ! SURROUNDING AREA The villa has access to a private creak, which is a 10 minute hike down a gravel path. It is quite steep, but my 10-year old son could cope with it. The creak is perfect for snorkeling and swimming as it is restricted from the public and motor boats. There are plenty of fish in the clear water and we even saw an eel. The town on Theoule-sur-mer is nearby with access to all kinds of water-sports (jet-ski, sailing, canoes, etc.). There is a bakers, small shop and some excellent restaurants as well (I recommend the fish at the Marco Polo restaurant). You need to have a car to make most use of the area, though there are buses and a train station at Theule.
